Partners and Project Managers

If you have been a Project Manager or Partner at a major Management or Risk Consultancy and would like to join our entrepreneurial team we are seeking talented individuals with a proven track record. To join our team you must have a good understanding of the key issues facing Banks and Fund Managers including Strategy Development, Capital Management, Risk Management and Credit. At this level in the company we would expect you to be a self-starter with revenue responsibility and existing client references.

Management and Risk Consultants

If you have worked for a consulting firm but would like to find a more focussed and specialist team to utilise your analytical skills and deepen your own knowledge then R&A may be the place to move. You will find that we share many of the attributes of more traditional strategy firms with a strong emphasis on teamwork, client focus, coaching and management processes but we differ in that we also believe in providing our clients with leading edge analytics and content knowledge.

Analysts and Developers

Each of the roles below has a significant element of specialist work but you will have the opportunity to work in different disciplines in delivering client engagements. A desire and willingness to work as part of a team solving problems in a practical and pragmatic fashion is critical. All our consultants will be exposed to both detailed development as well as client facing work. An ability to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and compelling fashion is a prerequisite.

Economic Modelling

If you have just completed your degree or higher degree in Economics with a strong bias towards Mathematics we would like to talk to you about career building sophisticated macroeconomic models.

Mathematical Modelling

If you have a higher degree in Mathematics or a similar discipline we have roles for people to join our analytics team; experience in Matlab or similar programming languages is critical.

Java Programming

If you have experience in programming on mission-critical systems and would like to work as part of a dynamic development team with responsibility and creative scope, we are looking for programmers to join our IT department. Front-end as well as up-scaling specialists are especially welcome to apply.
